We are calling for more volunteers who are able to help in these difficult times. Would you be able to be a volunteer call handler to record offers of help and, more importantly, to log requests for help from individuals and families in isolation?
You will be given forms to complete by hand or by email, to log the calls.
You can do so in the comfort of your own home.
The Helpline will divert calls to your landline or mobile for the duration of your “shift”. (Minimum 2 hours, preferably 4hrs (9am til 1pm, and 1pm to 5pm).
After each shift you will ensure all the call details are passed to the coordinator for processing. Simple!.

We have several offers of help already (THANK YOU), but we need more call handlers to fill the rota and volunteers for other tasks to share the workload. If you feel you can help please fill in the survey form below or email: helpinghands@sunartcommunitycouncil.co.uk
